About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the IT Industry and International Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring international clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth for IT services and solutions.

The candidate must have proven experience in selling IT services to international clients and managing the complete business development and sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in international markets.




- Develop and execute effective business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other relevant platforms.
- Acquire new international clients for IT and software development services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches to international clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
