Srinivasa Farms Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager Q-Commerce to drive the growth and profitability of our Egg Division across Hyderabad.
The role will be responsible for managing and expanding business through leading Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging Q-Commerce channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Q-Commerce / E-Commerce / Modern Trade / FMCG sales, with a proven ability to manage platform relationships, drive sales growth, improve product availability, manage inventory and execute commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Q-Commerce Sales & Business Growth
- Own the overall Q-Commerce business for the Hyderabad cluster.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue, volume, market share and profitability across Q-Commerce platforms.
- Identify current growth opportunities, territories, stores/dark stores and customer segments.
- Develop plans to increase the contribution of Q-Commerce while maintaining healthy channel economics.
2. Platform Management
- Manage business relationships with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Q-Commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with category managers, account managers and platform teams for business growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms, visibility, promotions, pricing and assortment.
- Ensure timely resolution of platform-related operational and commercial issues.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Inventory & Availability Management
- Ensure optimum product availability across all mapped dark stores/fulfilment centres.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, fill rate, out-of-stock percentage and cancellations.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics and operations teams for timely replenishment.
- Minimize stock-outs, expiry, wastage and inventory losses.
