About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive Intern to join our team in Hosur. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, communicating with potential customers, and supporting the sales and business development team.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, Marketing, and B2B Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, websites, and other platforms.
- Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Maintain lead and customer information in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead-generation and follow-up reports.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Support the team in preparing quotations, presentations, and business proposals.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper customer follow-up.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.
