Career Soft Solutions Inc is looking for an experienced and motivated
US IT Recruiter
to join our growing recruitment team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have
2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment
and a strong understanding of the US hiring market, recruiting processes, and candidate sourcing strategies.
This is a
100% onsite position in our Vadodara office
.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through
Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals
.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess technical and communication skills.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Negotiate rates/salary and assist with offer and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of US IT Recruitment experience
in a staffing/consulting setting.
- Strong understanding of the
US IT staffing lifecycle
from sourcing through placement.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions such as:
- Software Developers
- Java/.NET D
