to support the Internal Job Posting (IJP)program through data analysis, dashboard management. The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to drive internal mobility initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Role Requirements :
- Minimum 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferring exposure to Internal Talent Mobility/Internal Career Opportunities (IJP)
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel / PowerPoint / Power BI
- Graduate
