Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all structural and architectural engineering facets of MODULI’s modular construction projects, ensuring seamless integration with MODULI’s inhouse design methodology.
- Facilitate proactive coordination among Sales, Production, and Site Installation teams, ensuring prompt and coherent communication across all functions.
- Oversee quality assurance of structural and architectural outputs through independent review of analyses and CAD/BIM deliverables, ensuring compliance with safety standards and structural performance criteria.
- Provide strategic leadership in articulating and aligning design intent across structural and architectural disciplines during both prefabrication and in office assembly, ensuring clarity, resolution of technical ambiguities, and optimized constructability.
- Should have been worked in Engineering / Infra / Civil Industry.
