Job Responsibilities :

.
- Prepare, update, and maintain the overall Master Construction Schedule (MCS) using Primavera P6 / MS Project for the entire group housing project.
- Develop detailed baseline schedules, including construction sequencing, activity durations, resource allocation, and cost-loaded programs.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and execution teams to integrate discipline-wise inputs into the master schedule.
- Track and report weekly & monthly progress, highlighting delays, variances, and their root causes.
- Conduct critical path analysis (CPM) to identify constraints and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare S curve, histograms, dashboards, and project progress reports for management reviews.
- Monitor and track procurement, submittals, mobilization, and interface activities to ensure timely execution.
- Evaluate contractor schedules, methodologies,



and progress claims; advise on their feasibility and compliance with the baseline.
- Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure alignment of daily/weekly work plans with the master schedule.
- Participate in project review meetings and present current status, risks, and recovery plans.
- Maintain documentation related to schedule revisions, changes, delays, and extensions of time (EOT).
- Support project management in risk identification, mitigation planning, and scenario simulation.
Ensure planning and reporting practices comply with internal project management standards and ISO processes.

Education Requirement :
- Bechelors degree in Civil Engineering/Master#s in Construction Management (preferred).
- Certification in Primavera P6, project planning, or PMI-SP is an advantage.
Experience Requirement :
- 10/12 years of planning experience in large-scale group housing / residential high-rise projects
