Land / Site Surveyor Job Description: *Focuses on property lines, staking out house plots, and grading.*

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Land Surveyor to manage plot layout, boundary definition, and terrain analysis across our residential housing developments. You will work closely with architects, civil engineers, and construction crews to ensure homes are built precisely according to plot subdivisions and local zoning laws.

Core Responsibilities
- Establish Boundaries: Determine exact property lines for housing plots using land titles, historic records, and deeds.
- Site Layouts: Stake out specific locations for foundations, utility connections, driveways, and neighborhood roads.
- Topographic Surveys: Measure elevation changes and terrain data to assist engineers with proper drainage and grading plans.
- Equipment Operation: Maintain and operate robotic total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors.
- Map Creation:



Convert field measurement data into digital maps and site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS platforms.
- Legal Compliance: File verified survey plots and maps with local land use authorities to prevent future boundary disputes.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
- License: Skilled Land Surveyor (PLS) certification preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of field experience in residential subdivisions or land development.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS mapping software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and traverse uneven terrain.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
