CNC Maintenance Engineer (5-8 yrs Exp)

Qualification: Diploma or BE - ( Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics)

Locations: Pune, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad

Responsibilities
- Machinery Knowledge: CNC/VMC/HMC Machine, Grinding Machine, Press, Induction, Heating / hardening, friction Welding, SPM M/c, Assembly line, Jig Fixture etc.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues in Gearbox, Bearings, Shafts, Spindle Conveyors.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Identifying and fixing faults in CNC machines, grinding machines, induction heating systems etc.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Maintain indexing mechanisms rotary tables
- Mechanical Maintenance: Overhaul Jig and fixture systems
- Mechanical Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and inspections
- Mechanical Maintenance: Participate in TPM Kaizen and Improve OEE, MTTR, MTBF Documentation
- Electrical Maintenance: Electrical Utilities, Electronics,



PLC and LabVIEW
- Electrical Maintenance: PLCs Mitsubishi (80%), Servo system with drives , PC based machines with NI cards LabVIEW
- Electrical Maintenance: Automation systems, Sensors, actuators, servo motors, drives, Encoders, Loadcells, resolvers
- Electrical Maintenance: Other PLCS ( less in numbe% ) Siemens, Omron, Delta
- Electrical Maintenance: Experience in PLC HMI Programming with LabVIEW logic
- Electrical Maintenance: Diagnose Electrical faults, PLC / sensor issues, restore production with minimum MTTR, Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Record breakdowns in logbooks.
- Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot: PLC systems (Fanuc/Siemens / Allen Bradley/Delta basic level), VFDs, servo drives, Proximity sensors, photo sensors, HMI faults
- Electrical Maintenance: Maintain control panels and check sensors, actuators, conveyors, indexing tables etc.
