Artmosphere is a boutique artist management and cultural curation house working at the intersection of art, music and culture. We work with artists, cultural institutions, brands and venues to create meaningful live experiences, cultural IPs and collaborations.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of Artmosphere's digital presence and help build a strong, consistent and engaging online brand.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Artmosphere's social media strategy across platforms, managing content calendars, overseeing content production and publishing, and supporting paid digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with Artmosphere's brand, artists, projects and events.
- Identify content opportunities, trends and formats relevant to the arts, culture, music and entertainment space.




- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.

2. Content Planning & Management
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Plan Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and other content formats.
- Coordinate content requirements with the Artmosphere team, artists and interns.
- Ensure timely publishing and consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Write or oversee captions, hooks, CTAs and basic copy for social media.

3. Content Supervision & Editing Direction
- Work closely with social media/content interns and guide them on content execution.
- Provide clear briefs for Reels, carousels, Stories and other digital assets.
- Review and provide feedback on edits, pacing, transitions, typography, music selection, hooks and overall stor
