Job Purpose:



The Incharge - Project Sales is responsible for managing the entire site operations and driving revenue generation according to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) numbers defined for each project head. This role involves aligning the team with organizational goals, ensuring that sales targets are met, and establishing current business verticals. The Incharge will liaise with stakeholders, manage channel partner relationships, and oversee site execution to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

Incharge - Project Sales

Sales Management and Revenue Generation:

Drive numbers and ensure that the entire team meets defined revenue goals as per the assigned AOP.

Engage in B2B and B2C sales conversations to consistently identify and qualify leads in targeted markets.

Build and leverage a robust network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing clients to achieve stated goals.

Hold regular meetings with Channel Partners for engagement and empanelment, fostering stronger business relationships.
