Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive / Area Manager with 2 to 8 years of experience in institutional sales and channel distributor management across K-12 schools, colleges, and educational institutes. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships with educational distributors and school management to expand our presence and drive revenue growth in books, uniforms, or educational supplies.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Channel Network Management

· Identify, onboard, and manage local distributors, vendors, and channel partners across assigned territories.

· Drive distributor sales performance, manage stock movement, resolve logistics queries, and ensure timely payment collection.

· Act as the single point of contact between internal operations and external distribution partners.

Institutional & Direct Sales (Schools & Colleges)
- Conduct direct field visits to private/public K-12 schools, colleges, and educational trusts.
- Map decision-makers (Trustees, Principals, Purchase Managers, Administrative Heads)



to pitch products.
- Secure annual adoption contracts for books, uniforms, or educational materials.

Revenue & Relationship Growth
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor pricing, and demand patterns for seasonal school/college academic cycles.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, weekly pipeline updates, and CRM/sales reporting.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 2-8 years of proven field sales experience in School / College Books, Educational Publishing, Uniforms, Stationery, or Allied Educational Products.
- Distributor Experience: Prior hands-on experience handling distributor networks, dealer margins, and channel sales operations is mandatory.
- Communication & Presentation: Conversational to Positive English (semi-fluent to fluent) with strong Hindi communication skills; professional attire and presentable for meeting school
