Qualification: Graduate Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical discipline from reputed Institute

Role Summary

Lead and manage MEP design and engineering activities for commercial/retail projects, ensuring efficient, compliant, cost-effective and constructible solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP design, planning and coordination across projects.
- Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV systems.
- Manage MEP consultants and coordinate with Architecture, Civil, Structural and Project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and statutory requirements.
- Support value engineering, cost optimization and design standardization.




- Provide technical support during construction and resolve site/design issues.

Key Skills
- Solid knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Experience in design management, consultant coordination and project execution.
- Proficiency in relevant MEP design/drafting software.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
