About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in organizational change management to join our agile team. In this client-facing role, you will partner with organizations to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the change lead, assessing change impacts, shaping comprehensive change strategies,



engaging stakeholders at all levels, and driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery, situated at the intersection of business analysis and change management.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4-5 years dedicated to leading change management initiatives within medium to large-scale transformation programs. Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments. Deep knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required.
