Lead GEO & SEO (Generative & Search Engine Optimization)

The Opportunity: Pioneer "Search 2.0" while building Build Indias leading "AI-First" Digital Insurance Practice

We are looking for a Lead GEO & SEO to own our organic discovery funnel. You will be responsible for ensuring we are the #1 recommended health insurer across traditional search engines (Google) and next-gen AI interfaces (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). This is a rare opportunity to build a search architecture from scratch and write the playbook for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in the Indian insurance space.

The Role: You will own the organic traffic P&L.; From traditional keyword dominance to ensuring LLMs retrieve and cite our products as the best in the market, your mandate is to build an organic acquisition engine that drives high-intent traffic and feeds directly into our "Zero-Friction" D2C sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI Search Strategy
- Dominate the AI Agents:



Develop and execute strategies to ensure our products and content are cited, recommended, and surfaced by conversational AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot).
- Optimize for RAG: Structure our website data, product specs, and pricing transparently so that external LLMs can easily parse, understand, and retrieve our information accurately. • Zero-Click Search Mandate: Win featured snippets, Google AI Overviews (SGE), and zero-click SERP features by providing the most direct, authoritative answers to complex health insurance queries.

2. Greenfield Technical SEO & Architecture
- Build from Scratch: Partner with the Technology teams to design a flawless SEO architecture for our new Headless CMS and front-end assets.
