Role Summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Work in partnership with the business to
- Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts across product categories and channels
- Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and external factors impacting demand.
- Lead monthly forecasting cycles and demand review meetings.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key demand planning KPIs.

Accountabilities
- Translate commercial activities such as promotions, launches, and pricing changes into demand impacts. Translate commercial activities such as promotions, launches, and pricing changes into demand impacts.
- Communicate risks, opportunities, and supply constraints to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and planning reports
- Analyze variance between forecast, shipment, and actual offtake performance.
- Provide actionable insights on category performance, SOM trends, and industry movement.
Essential
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- 4-6 years’ experience in a global FMCG or similar agile operating environment
- Experience dealing with internal/external stakeholders across various geographic regions
- Broad experience in large global organisation with in-depth knowledge in specific FM
