Role & responsibilities

Lead non-functional, performance, and protocol testing of PON system products (OLT, ONU/ONT, Network Management) for new Software and Hardware releases
- Cover end-to-end scenarios and drive testing deliverables against project milestones
- Analyze, design, and test integrated hardware/software systems, improvements, and bug fixes per customer and business requirements
- Execute project testing (non-functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing as required)
- Submit and track bugs through resolution and closure
- Produce clear, qualified test reports to support quality assessment and release decisions

Define and maintain test strategies, test cases, and test bed setups based on requirements and protocol specifications

- Reproduce and verify customer trouble tickets; submit, track, and drive bugs to closure
- Diagnose complex issues (hardware, software, or combined) and deliver RCA (Root Cause Analysis) or recommended corrective actions
- Produce professional test reports and maintain quality standards throughout the release cycle

Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts using Python, Shell, and Robot Framework to improve coverage and efficiency
- Provide Technical support and customer training when required
