- Familiarity/experience with call center technology

- Candidate should have experience building Genesys call flows and data actions that include integrations with external APis/systems

- Proven experience as an API Developer or similar role.
- Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with API security protocols and best practices.
- 5+ years experience as Java developer
- 2+ years experience with Spring and microservices
- Strong aptitude for learning on the fly, embracing recent technologies, and willingness to make stretch goals
- Experience with Microservices development
- Strong experience of writing and maintaining unit tests.
- Experience with GIT version control
- Experience with Jenkins and Pipelines
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
