Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Customer & Dispatch Coordinator (Entry-Level / Fresher) to join our operations team. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day order processing, coordinate with logistics partners, track shipments, and serve as the primary link between our customers and our fulfilment backend. Key Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfilment & Processing
- Assist in processing daily D2C (Shopify) and B2B orders.
- Assist in Print shipping labels, verify invoices, and coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate packing.
- Ensure daily dispatch target timelines are met.
2. Shopify Backend Support
- Assist in updating order statuses, tracking numbers, and fulfillment records in the backend system.
- Assist with maintaining clean daily logs for dispatched and pending orders.
- Assist with basic inventory updates and stock alignment.
3. Logistics & Dispatch Tracking
- Liaise with courier partners to schedule daily pickups and resolve handover delays.
- Monitor live shipments, track transit status, and assist in identifying non-delivery reports (NDR).
