Role Description
The Placement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for driving successful placements for students completing the Banking Program. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring partners in the BFSI sector, identifying suitable job opportunities,



and coordinating campus recruitment activities. The Placement Manager will support learners with career counseling, resume building, interview preparation, and tracking placement outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with employers to understand hiring needs, matching student profiles to open positions, organizing job fairs or recruitment drives, and maintaining accurate placement reports and dashboards. The role also requires close collaboration with training teams to align skill development with market demands and ensure students are job-ready.
