Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Lead (Outsourced) to oversee day-to-day HR systems operations, manage a small support team, and ensure the stability, scalability,
and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.
This role balances operational excellence, functional configuration, and delivery discipline across releases, testing, and enhancements, with a solid emphasis on Workday expertise.
In addition, this role will partner closely with internal HR, IT, and data teams to support AI and people analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a small team of outsourced HRIS analysts/support resources, ensuring high-quality, SLA-driven service delivery
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and resolution of system issues, enhancements, and service requests
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms (ticket management, backlog grooming, performance tracking)
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes and documentation
- Ensure standard controls and governance model is maintained
