Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) plans to identify potential failures in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supplier quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data from various sources, including APQP reports, to optimize production processes and reduce defects.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in automotive engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of FMEA principles and methodologies.
- Experience with supplier development, quality management, and auditing procedures.
