Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, reliable, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, pantry management, serving refreshments, handling basic office support tasks, and assisting employees with routine requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Sweep and mop designated office areas and ensure they remain clean throughout the day.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and management.
- Keep the pantry clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
- Refill drinking water bottles and maintain pantry supplies.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic document-related work.
- Collect and distribute internal documents, parcels,



and courier items.
- Assist with courier dispatch and collection whenever required.
- Support employees and the administration team with routine office-related tasks.
- Purchase or collect office supplies and other required items when assigned.
- Report maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or other facility-related issues to the concerned person.
- Ensure office equipment, furniture, and common areas are kept neat and properly arranged.
- Assist with outdoor office work such as bank, courier, or document-related tasks, when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR/Admin team or management.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Housekeeping Staff, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Basic communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Valuable personal hygiene and a profession
