Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced
Associate Architect
to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep industry expertise, and the ability to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to completion

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and engineering teams

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards

• Mentor junior architects and guide design teams





• Maintain timelines, quality, and project efficiency

• Participate in client presentations and design discussions

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture

• 15+ years of experience (Real Estate preferred)

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
