Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Coveo integrations, query pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance search relevancy, content discoverability, and customer outcomes.
- Support eCommerce and content search use cases, including product discovery and knowledge articles.
- Configure merchandising rules, ranking, synonyms, and relevancy tuning.
- Design AWS-based ETL pipelines for data ingestion, normalization, and enrichment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in software engineering with search, commerce, or content platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Coveo platform features, integrations, and AI/ML models.
- Knowledge of eCommerce concepts, content search, and analytics analysis.
- Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java.
- Experience with AWS services, data pipelines, and enterprise search solutions.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with generative AI and automation techniques is a plus
