Assistant Chief Engineer – Resort | Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engineering and maintenance operations.
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, water systems, and other MEP facilities.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance team.
- Ensure timely resolution of guest and departmental maintenance complaints.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing.
- Monitor utility consumption and support cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory standards.
- Maintain equipment records, AMC schedules, and maintenance reports.
- Assist in budgeting, renovation, and engineering projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
