We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our martech client base. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling martech solutions to marketing, brand, or agency stakeholders, and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the martech/adtech ecosystem (brands, agencies, enterprises)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client marketing needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and identify market opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new-client acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, pipeline stages, and forecasts
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive upsell and renewal opportunities




- Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably within martech, adtech, SaaS, or event-tech
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape (CDPs, DMPs, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
