Key Responsibilities
- Review websites, landing pages, and web content for quality and accuracy.
- Check text, images, buttons, links, forms, pop-ups, CTAs, and page layouts.
- Identify spelling, grammatical, formatting, and content-related errors.
- Test website functionality across desktop and mobile devices.
- Check for broken links, missing images, incorrect redirects, and other website issues.
- Verify that website content matches the approved requirements.
- Check website pages for consistency in design, formatting, branding, and user experience.
- Maintain a record of identified issues and track them until resolution.
- Conduct regular website audits and prepare quality reports.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams to get issues resolved.
- Suggest improvements wherever you identify usability or quality gaps.
