Role Overview

We are looking for a digitally fluent, design-sensitive and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own our brand’s online presence end-to-end. You will lead social media strategy and execution, support SEO and performance initiatives, drive influencer collaborations, and act as the custodian of Studio Sairish’s digital voice across pre‐launch,



launch and post‐launch phases.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Strategy, Planning & Launch Phases

• Own the brand’s social media and digital marketing strategy, monthly calendar and channel mix (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and other relevant platforms).

• Design and execute content plans across three phases:

o
Pre‐launch
: tease, BTS, “coming soon” narratives and waitlist-building campaigns.

o
Launch
: real-time, high-energy content and community response.

o
Post-launch
: value-led, educational and inspiration content that deepens brand love and drives repeat engagement.

• Align all digital activity with brand and business goals (awareness, consideration, store/website visits, sales, retention).
