Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PLC Engineer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, and troubleshooting industrial control systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLC programs (B&R; Automation, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Beck-Off).
- Configure and maintain SCADA/HMI systems.
- Perform system testing, FAT/SAT, and on-site commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Third party equipment interface.

Required Skills
- PLC Programming (TIA Portal, RSLogix, Studio5000, Gx Works, Machine Expert V2.1 & above)
- Proficiency in Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Charts (SFC)




- SCADA/HMI Development (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware)
- Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, CC-link, RS-485/232))
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about CE and UL standards. Machine safety standards.
- Very Good communication skills.

Other Skills:

Electrical design (EPLAN/AutoCAD) will be added an extra advantage, troubleshooting, industrial robotics integration (FANUC, KUKA, ABB - if applicable), VFD/Servo drives configuration, safety systems implementation.

Education & Certifications

· Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
