Procurement Manager
Role
- Build product and supplier base for a category of products and materials in the interior business
- Will have to be focused on a set of product categories like Modular Furniture, Ply Wood, Glass, Carpets, Lights etc.
- Identify and build product Catalog in the product categories which he/she owns
- Build supplier base in the product categories which he/she owns
- Drive price negotiations, contracts and onboarding of suppliers and getting their product catalogs
- Work with the Catalog team to build the product Catalog for the eCommerce and Product Masters
- Manage procurement of products from the vendors for the projects
Experience
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in managing procurement for Interior products / projects or in various roles in Interior products companies (manufacturers or distributors or brands)
- Positive knowledge of products and suppliers in the interior business, in the categories for which they will be responsible
