Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Meta Ads role based in Hisar, Haryana. The team member will plan, build, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, focusing on performance metrics, sales, and ROI. Daily responsibilities include audience research, creative and copy collaboration, campaign setup, budget management,



and ongoing performance analysis using Ads Manager and related tools. The role involves A/B testing of creatives and audiences, tracking results through analytics dashboards, and preparing explicit performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The individual will also coordinate with the web, content, and branding teams to ensure landing pages, funnels, and campaigns are aligned and conversion-focused.

Qualifications
- Strong Meta ads expertise, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization for performance goals.
- Experience with performance marketing and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and pixel/event tracking.
- Ability to collaborate on ad creatives and copy, working closely with design and content teams to improve CTR and conversions.
