Role: Manager- HR (2-4 years experience)

Duration: Full time- On site

Reporting to: HR Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection

· Post job openings on portals, social media, and campus boards as per JD shared.

· Screen resumes against defined criteria and shortlist suitable profiles.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews; share calendar invites and reminders.

· Maintain interview trackers and update candidate status regularly.

Onboarding & Documentation

· Coordinate pre-joining documentation, reference checks, and basic verification.





· Prepare onboarding kits, induction schedules, and orientation materials.

· Assist in creating, updating, and organizing employee files (physical and digital).

HR Operations & Data Management

· Update HR databases with new joiner information, exits, leaves, and other changes.

· Support preparation of HR reports (headcount, recruitment status, intern trackers, etc.).

· Help ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to HR policies.

Employee Engagement & Communication

· Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, birthdays, and small events.

· Draft basic HR communications, emails, and notices under guidance.

· Collect feedback from employees and support straightforward surveys when required.

HR Projects & Support

· Contribute to HR process improvement or documentation projects as assigned.

· Conduct basic online research on HR best practices when needed.
