Role Description
The Solar Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual will install, inspect, and maintain solar power systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations, ensuring safe and effective operation. Daily tasks include performing electrical and mechanical connections,



conducting performance checks, troubleshooting system issues, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance. The Solar Technician will assist in system commissioning, document work performed, and coordinate with project engineers and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves educating customers on system operation, safety, and basic maintenance.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of solar systems and solar power, including components, configuration, and basic electrical principles.
- Understanding of the solar industry and power generation processes, including grid-connected and off-grid systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in solar installations and related electrical equipment.
- Experience with on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar equipment or similar energy systems.
