Role Description
The Telecaller role at Dabang Kesari Newspaper is an on-site position based in Bhopal. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to existing and potential reporters,and advertising clients. Day-to-day tasks include sharing information about newspaper offerings, explaining subscription plans, collecting customer feedback, and maintaining accurate records of calls and responses. The Telecaller supports circulation and advertising teams by following up on leads,



resolving basic customer queries, and escalating complex issues when needed. This position requires consistent attendance on-site, adherence to call scripts where applicable, and the ability to meet call and conversion targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, explicit telephone etiquette, and the ability to converse confidently in relevant local and national languages.
