We are looking for an experienced Interior Execution Head to lead the execution of interior projects based on approved architectural and interior design drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end interior execution across projects
* Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines
* Coordinate with architects, project teams, contractors and vendors
* Plan manpower, materials and contractor deployment
* Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines
* Resolve execution-related technical issues and drawing discrepancies
* Evaluate and monitor contractor/vendor performance
* Conduct regular site reviews and ensure timely closure of snags
* Drive successful completion and handover of interior works
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
