- Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social
- Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
- Use of Social Media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.
- Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the clients needs
- Build talent pipeline & talent mapping
- Client relationship
- Building rapport with both the clients & candidates
- Offer negotiations & Background checks if required
Who can apply?
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Someone who has the drive to close deals and is aggressive
- Someone who can hustle their way up
