Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and in-depth debugging for critical Middleware software applications and integration components.
- Work closely with Middleware Development and Interface teams to implement and support changes throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Support development teams across Americas and EMEA, ensuring middleware components are properly tested, deployed, and supported across environments.
- Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise for critical middleware components.
- Design, develop, performance-tune, troubleshoot, and maintain IIB/WMB message flows.
- Create and maintain Message Models, Message Sets, and Message Definitions using WSDL, XML Schema, MRM, and TDS formats.
- Work with message formats including CSV, SWIFT, NACHA, and X12.
- Perform migration of WMB 7.0 message flows and message sets to IIB 9.0/9.0.0.1.
