Dr. Aravind’s IVF is looking for a responsible and patient-focused Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to provide medical care and support during duty hours. The DMO will be responsible for attending patients, monitoring clinical conditions, handling emergencies, coordinating with consultants, and maintaining proper medical records.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to patients during duty hours and provide appropriate medical assessment and initial management.
- Monitor patients and identify any changes in clinical condition.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care as required.
- Coordinate with Gynecologists, Fertility Specialists, Anesthetists, and other consultants. Assist in admission, discharge, referrals, and patient transfers.
- Review and maintain patient case sheets, investigation reports, and medical records.



Ensure proper documentation of treatment and clinical observations.
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care as instructed by consultants. Coordinate with nursing and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and their attendants.
- Prepare and hand over proper duty reports to the next shift.
- Perform other clinical duties assigned by the hospital management or consultants.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
