Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 68 years of experience in performance and load testing. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter and be capable of planning, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Analyze application performance, response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare performance test scenarios, test plans, scripts, and execution reports.
- Monitor and analyze server, database, and application performance during test execution.
- Perform baseline, benchmark, and regression performance testing.




- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Document test results, defects, findings, and performance recommendations.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and performance testing concepts.
- Experience in analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
- Experience with performance monitoring and reporting tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
