- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and introduce company products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain products, services, offers, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for lead conversion.
- Update CRM/Excel/MIS with call status and follow-up details.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure skilled communication.
- Collect customer feedback and share important information with management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
