We are looking for an
experienced, proactive, and people-centric HR Manager
to lead our complete HR function and work closely with founders, business heads, and leadership teams.

This is a
strategic + hands-on leadership role
for someone who can build strong HR systems, drive performance, strengthen culture, and create an engaging employee experience.

What You’ll Own
- Lead
end-to-end Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
.
- Drive
KRA, Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, Appraisals & PIPs
.
- Build structured
training, career progression, promotion, and development frameworks
.
- Strengthen
employee engagement, culture, values, and ownership mindset
.
- Oversee
HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR workflows
.
- Leverage
KEKA HRMS, automation, and HR analytics
to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Track and improve key
HR metrics and the PARC framework
.
- Plan employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and culture initiatives.
- Oversee corporate support functions including
Administration, IT, Training,



Finance, and other support teams
.
- Identify HR gaps, build processes, and continuously improve the employee experience.

Who We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years (ONLY) of progressive HR experience
, preferably in an HR leadership/management role.
- Strong experience in
Performance Management, KRA/Goals, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & HR Operations
.
- Hands-on experience with
KEKA or similar HRMS platforms
; KEKA experience is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of
Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Someone who is
hands-on, accountable, proactive, and passionate about building a high-performing workplace
