Assistant Vice President - Oracle Fusion Support - 12+ Years - Mumbai/Pune (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion professional ready to take ownership of mission-critical Finance Technology systems? We are looking for an Assistant Vice President Oracle Fusion Support to lead functional support, stakeholder engagement, and a high-performing support team.

Responsibilities

1. Provide expert-level support across Oracle Finance Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses,



Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany and BPM Approvals, while troubleshooting complex P2P and R2R issues and managing ServiceNow tickets within SLAs.

2. Evaluate business requirements, coordinate implementation lifecycles, support end-user training, and ensure adherence to audit and compliance principles.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion-related queries, understand stakeholder requirements, manage expectations, and provide timely updates on issue resolution and changes.

4. Allocate and supervise team workloads, ensure timely ticket resolution, mentor junior analysts, monitor SLA performance, and drive a collaborative high-performance culture.

5. Drive improvements in support processes, support Oracle Fusion upgrades and vendor service reviews, with exposure to BIP, OTBI, OIC and VBCS being an added advantage.
