Job Summary

College Guru is looking for an experienced Admission Executive with hands-on experience in student admission processing, counselling registration, choice filling, and option entry.

This role is specifically for candidates who have personally handled admission and counselling portals such as KEAM, MCC, NEET, JEE, and state-level counselling portals.

Candidates with only general data entry or documentation experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle KEAM, NEET UG/PG, MCC, JEE and other counselling registrations.
- Perform choice filling / option entry based on student preferences, rank, eligibility and category.
- Guide students in college and course selection.
- Handle MCC and KEAM choice filling and counselling procedures.
- Assist with state-level medical and engineering counselling.
- Track seat allotments, counselling rounds, deadlines and admission status.
- Verify admission-related certificates and documents.




- Process applications through government, university and entrance examination portals.
- Coordinate with students and parents regarding admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and update admission data.

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- KEAM Choice Filling / Option Entry
- MCC Choice Filling
- NEET UG/PG Counselling
- JEE Counselling
- State-level Medical / Engineering Counselling
- College & Course Preference Entry
- Seat Allotment & Admission Processing

Significant: Candidates whose experience is limited to data entry, document uploading, certificate collection or basic online application processing will not be considered unless they have actual choice filling / counselling experience.
