We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who understands how to build brands on social media not someone who simply schedules posts.

You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients and internal brands, with a solid focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, content strategy, personal branding, audience growth, and engagement.

You should be someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch a Reel, read a post, follow an account, and eventually become a customer.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Manage complete social media accounts from strategy → content planning → execution → publishing → analytics.
- Create monthly content calendars based on brand goals and target audiences.
- Research trends, competitors, topics and content formats that can generate engagement.
- Work closely with script writers, video editors, designers and content creators to produce high-quality content.




- Develop Instagram Reels and short-form video strategies focused on reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Manage personal branding accounts for founders, CEOs, consultants and professionals.
- Understand different content styles for personal brands vs. company brands.
- Write or guide captions, hooks, CTAs and content angles.
- Monitor social media performance and identify what content is working and what needs to change.
- Track metrics such as reach, views, engagement, followers, saves, shares, profile visits and leads.
- Stay updated with Instagram and LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends and emerging content formats.
- Engage with relevant audiences and help build communities around the brands.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure content is aligned with brand positioning.
- Continuously test new content formats, hooks, topics and creative approaches.
