Role & responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and startup support for PD pumps and associated equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues at customer sites and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Provide operator and maintenance training to customers.
- Support spare parts identification and recommend inventory requirements
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service records.
- Promote best practices to enhance product longevity and performance. Coordinate with the engineering and manufacturing teams for technical support and product improvements.
- Generate inquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable PD pump solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.
- Meet sales targets for pumps, spares, and service contracts.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and strengthen customer relationships to increase repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Willingness to travel, this position will require frequent Travelling
