Position: International Voice Process Executive
Experience: 6 Months+ in International Voice Process
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a qualified and courteous communication style.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and meet defined performance targets.
- Accurately update customer information and call details.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- UK Accent and excellent English pronunciation are mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent verbal communication skills with good English proficiency.
- Comfortable working in UK shifts.
- Must be an Immediate Joiner.
- Should have a personal laptop with stable Wi-Fi/internet connectivity.
- Must have a quiet, professional, and suitable work-from-home workspace.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with performance-based targets and customer service KPIs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
