POSITION OVERVIEW

Manage end-to-end submission of student applications to German universities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously across different platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Read Carefully)
- Cold Calling incoming leads
- Collecting documents, making sure nothing is missed for the application
- Provide available program & scholarship choices to the students
- Manage the full student application process for German universities via uni-assist and direct university portals.
- Review and prepare all required student documentation (SOPs, letters of recommendation, transcripts,



translations).
- Check, organize, and upload documents according to university specifications.
- Complete and submit online and paper forms, track applications, and handle communications with universities.
- Coordinate application fee payments and maintain records of application status.
- Monitor and adhere to tight application deadlines across multiple universities.
- Advise students on required supporting documents and resolve any deficiencies or errors before submission.
- Support students with scholarship and financial documentation as needed (including DAAD, blocked account proof).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing application guidelines for German universities and scholarship boards.
- Provide regular progress updates to students and the education consultant.
