Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager – Human Resources (AGM – HR) to lead and manage the organization’s HR function. The role will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and building a high-performance and employee-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Establish HR policies, processes, and best practices.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop manpower plans based on business requirements.
- Ensure timely hiring of key and critical positions.
- Build effective talent pipelines and improve quality of hire.

3. HR Operations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.




- Ensure smooth HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Drive HR process improvements and automation.
- Monitor HR MIS and prepare management reports.

4. Performance Management
- Lead the performance appraisal and goal-setting process.
- Develop and monitor KRAs and KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Support managers in building a performance-driven culture.

5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional work workplace.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.

6. Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs.
- Design and implement training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Monitor training effectiveness.
