Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to lead our Legal department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal activities, providing strategic legal guidance.
Your expertise will play a pivotal role in drafting and negotiating critical contracts, guiding corporate governance, and supporting the company through mergers, acquisitions, and dispute resolutions.
